The GRAND project has been accepted as part of the ILANCE Neutrino Scientific Program. One challenge to complete the multi-messenger picture resides in the highest energies, as no ultra-high energy neutrinos have been observed yet. This challenge could be undertaken by the Giant Radio Array for Neutrino Detection project, which aims at detecting ultra-high energy particles, with a colossal array of 200’000 antennas over 200’000 km2, split into ~20 sub-arrays of ~10’000 km2 deployed worldwidelaboratory https://grand.cnrs.fr/

ILANCE has become a partner laboratory of the new Center CD3 (IPMU). The newly established Center for Data-Driven Discovery (CD3) will advance our understanding of the universe by using data science and artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques while working together with ongoing research projects. The CD3 wqs launched on April 1. https://www.ipmu.jp/en/20230324-CD3
